All the guests make the short hop up the road to the ‘Rural Relaxing’ site and we’re greeted by rolling fields and a stunning site for the tipi. Guests mingle in the sunshine before they all head up to the tipi for for the wedding breakfast!

Anna & Matthew - Swancar Farm Country House
After the ceremony its outside to find out if the rain has held off and it has!!!! We spent ages in the Vicar's garden as it was so picturesque. Even managed fire off all the group photos! After sending all the guests back to Swancar Farm Country House for the wedding reception we took Anna & Matt for a quick walk around the lake for some amazing couple shots! The locations for this shoot were stunning. Love it when you weren't expecting to find such amazing locations and you're gifted these stunning opportunities!

The Victorian building has been carefully restored and boasts beautiful views of the local countryside and comes with its own private grounds for the all important photographs. The Carriage Hall is licensed for civil ceremonies and can cater for intimate gatherings and go up to large scale celebrations.

Rosie & Oliver - Swancar Farm Country House Wedding
In the 8 years of shooting weddings I had always wanted to get a shot of a couple in the middle of snowfall and knew if I didn't take this chance I might have to wait another 8 years before I had the chance again. I took the very brave and willing couple outside in what can only be described as the hardest and harshest environment I've ever had to take photos in and it was well worth the wait and effort.

Prep starts at the West Mill in the morning before we head off to St Mary's church in Derby for the ceremony. Even before I arrived I knew today would be chilled, relaxed and fun filled and certainly wasn't disappointed! It was truly stunning!
